SMS Text Lead Alerts: Opt-In & Consent

Program name:Liberty Real Estate AI — SMS Text Lead Alerts. “Liberty Real Estate AI” is the product/brand name of LibertyTrades LLC and is the name shown to users at the point of consent and signed on every text. This is a single, transactional (account-notification) messaging program.

These alerts are sent only to Liberty Real Estate AI’s own registered, paying account holders: licensed real estate agents who have signed up for the service, signed in to their account, and enabled Text Alerts for their own mobile number. We do not message the general public, and we never text purchased, rented, or third-party lists. Only an authenticated, paying customer can enroll their own number, which is why the opt-in lives inside the signed-in dashboard.

When an agent’s Liberty Real Estate AI website chat assistant captures a new lead, we send the agent an automated SMS lead alert so they can follow up quickly. These are transactional account-notification messages about activity in the agent’s own account. They are not marketing or promotional, and consent to receive them is never a condition of purchasing or using the product.

1. The agent signs up for a Liberty Real Estate AI account.
2. The agent signs in at libertyrealestateai.com.
3. The agent opens Dashboard → Settings → “Text alerts.”
4. The agent enters their own mobile phone number.
5. The agent reads and checks a consent box that is unchecked by default.
6. The agent clicks the button, which saves the number and turns alerts on.

No number is saved and no message is ever sent unless both a valid mobile number is entered and the consent box is checked. Declining does not affect the subscription in any way. Opt-in is via this web form. There is no SMS keyword to text in order to join.

The consent checkbox on the Text alerts screen reads, verbatim:

“I agree to receive automated text lead alerts from Liberty Real Estate AI at this number. Message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

The box is unchecked by default; affirmative consent (checking the box) plus a valid mobile number are both required to enable alerts.

This is the Dashboard → Settings → “Text alerts” opt-in screen exactly as a signed-in agent sees it: the mobile-number field, the consent checkbox (unchecked by default), the full consent sentence, and the links to our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Message frequency varies. Alerts are event-driven and sent only when your website chat assistant captures a new lead, roughly one alert per captured lead. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts. Reply HELPat any time for help; you will receive our brand name and support contact. Opt-out keywords honored: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. Help keywords: HELP, INFO. An agent can also turn alerts off anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Text alerts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This is the same commitment stated in our Privacy Policy.
