July 29, 2026
- Added a brokerage section: one assistant per agent, one roll-up dashboard for the broker.
- Rewrote the homepage around the whole product, not just the website chat, and put the price on it.
- Trust & Compliance is now in the main navigation, with sections on MLS data rights and availability.
- Fair Housing: the assistant no longer treats school quality as an objective fact anywhere, including in its own training data.
- The money-back guarantee now applies to your first paid month, so it can actually be used.
- Checkout says the card is coming before you reach Stripe, instead of after.
- If the assistant ever cannot reach the model, it now takes a name and number instead of just apologising.

- Two-way SMS: reply to a lead from the same inbox that holds their chat transcript.
- Duplicate leads can be merged, and you can take a conversation over from the assistant mid-chat.
- Added leads by hand, for the ones who call you instead.

- Every assistant now identifies itself as AI in the chat, and demo data is labelled as demo data.
- Answers show where they came from, so you can check them.
- Fixed the demo dashboard navigation being unclickable on a phone.
