The only difference is how many active listings it handles and the price: Part Time is $99/mo for up to 6 listings, Full Time is $149/mo for up to 10, and Full Time Pro is $249/mo for up to 20. Pick the one that matches how many listings you carry. The bigger the plan, the lower the cost per listing.

An active listing is simply a home you have for sale right now — a property that’s live on the market. Your plan’s number (6, 10, or 20) is how many of those the assistant can answer questions about at once: price, bedrooms, neighborhood, status, and so on. It is not a cap on leads, conversations, or website visitors — those are always unlimited. Sold, expired, or withdrawn homes don’t count, and you swap listings in and out anytime from your dashboard, so if you usually carry six homes at a time, six is all the room you need.

Part Time, at $99 a month for up to 6 active listings. It’s the full assistant with every feature included, sized and priced for an agent doing real estate on the side or just getting going. Need more room later? You upgrade in one click and only the price changes.

When you hit your number, your dashboard offers a one-click upgrade to the next plan (Part Time to Full Time to Full Time Pro), prorated from that day, so each step is small and pays for itself. Nothing you’ve already saved is ever removed, and you’re never charged more without choosing to. Carrying more than the largest plan’s 20 listings? That’s a quick Business call.

Yes. The Business plan is one hand-built assistant scoped to how you run: a whole office with seats for your agents, or a single high-volume agent carrying more listings than the plans above. Custom onboarding and a direct line to me, scoped and quoted to you, so the next step is a quick call.

Your plan renews at the price shown, on the card you signed up with. Your setup fee stays waived for good, so the monthly price is all you ever pay. You get an email reminder before that happens, and if you cancel before your 30 days end you are never charged a cent.

Out of the box everything is self-serve: your assistant is assembled from your signup answers, knows your name, market, and tone, and goes live in minutes, with every setting yours to adjust from your dashboard. If you would rather have me do it, I offer a one-on-one setup where I write the personality, train it on your listings and neighborhoods, and match the way you actually talk to clients. When your assistant answers “what do you have available?”, it answers from your own listings, and getting them in takes about a minute: export your active listings from your MLS as a CSV and import them in one click, paste your public listings page URL and it pulls what it finds, or type them straight into your dashboard. Update them whenever they change (or send them to me and I’ll do it). If there are no listings loaded, it doesn’t guess: it takes the buyer’s criteria and hands them to you to follow up personally. Live listing answers are included on every plan (the cap is on how many active listings, not whether you get the feature).

Follow Up Boss is built in natively, so every lead posts straight into it, tagged and ready, on every plan. On a different CRM? Most others connect through a webhook (Zapier, Make, or similar) you set up from your dashboard. Not sure yours will work? Just ask and I’ll confirm before you sign up.
