Contact details you provide (name, email, phone); the content of your chat with an assistant; and basic usage and device data. For agents who subscribe, we also collect account and billing information (billing is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).

To respond to your inquiry, connect you with the real estate agent you contacted, send messages you have opted into, operate and improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only as needed to run the service: (a) with the specific real estate agent you contacted, so they can follow up with you (that is the purpose of the service); and (b) with service providers who operate our platform on our behalf (for example, Twilio for message delivery and our hosting provider), who may use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

You receive automated marketing text messages only if you opt in. Replies are different: if you text one of our numbers first, or call and do not get through, you may receive a reply without a stored opt-in, the same way a person would answer you. Message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for full details.

An agent can connect their own Gmail or Outlook mailbox so that the emails they send you through Liberty, and the replies our assistant writes for them, arrive from their real address instead of ours and sit in their own Sent folder with everything else they have written you. When an agent has not connected one, their mail goes out from our sending domain as it always has.

We ask for permission to send, and that is all we ask for.Connecting a mailbox does not let Liberty open, read, list, search, or import anything in it. The permission an agent grants (Google’s “send email on your behalf”, and Microsoft’s equivalent) cannot fetch a single message, and nothing in the product tries to. When you reply, your reply goes to that agent’s own inbox and we do not see it.

What we store for a connected mailbox is the address it sends from and an encrypted credential that permits sending, and nothing else from the account. The agent can disconnect at any time in their settings, which deletes that credential so Liberty can no longer send from the mailbox. Removing Liberty’s access from the Google or Microsoft account itself is done in that account’s own security settings. Mail already sent stays in their Sent folder, where it belongs. The messages an agent or our assistant sends you are kept with that agent’s record of your conversation, exactly as an email sent any other way is.

Liberty Real Estate AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this information, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not hand it to anyone beyond the service providers who operate the platform for us.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.

You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing support@libertyrealestateai.com.

Our service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
