Who wrote back
One person who wrote back, listed once for the month however many messages pass.
Nothing on this page is charged: plans are sold by the seat. No plan charges you by how many people write back.
Why this is not your lead count
Leads captured, on your dashboard
Every lead record created in whatever date range you have selected. That includes ones you added by hand, imported from a CSV, or who filled a form and never said another word.
People who wrote back, on this page
Only people who actually replied to the assistant, listed once for the calendar month. Someone in your pipeline who has not replied since June is not here.
This one is almost always the smaller of the two, and neither of them is a bill. Nobody is charged by the lead on any plan.
What never appears here
- Visitors who read the chat and never type.
- Someone who opens your text or email and never answers.
- Bounced emails, undelivered texts, and opt-outs.
- Reactivation sends to your old database, unless a person replies.
- Every message after that person’s first reply, all month.
- The same person coming back later in the month.
- Anything you handled yourself, without the assistant.
