These are the properties the assistant can talk about: price, beds, area and one detail. On a real account you add them by hand, import an MLS CSV, or paste your listings page and review before saving. Listings work the same on every plan: up to 500 of them for every agent, so a team or brokerage gets that many per seat. No plan buys you more room than another, and no plan charges you by how many you load.

Ask Marisol’s assistant “what do you have under $900k?” in the chat and it answers from this exact table, not from a script. With no listings loaded it does not guess: it takes the buyer’s criteria and hands them over for a personal follow-up.
